Wow..i actually found bare foot running myself by accident. My knees and ankle started feeling like it was injured..too much tennis!...but then I laid off tennis and started running on the beach sand ( the packed sand right where the water and sand meet ) and I started to get better. I realized that I was using my feet more completely..and my legs felt much better than running on asphalt with shoes....Something to be said about all the nerves and sesitivity on the bottom of our feet....they were meant to be awaken and used !..not covered up by some so called hi tech shoes!
