I am age group triathlete and used to run on heels and had lots of problems so my new coach suggested to run bare foot and I bought Five Fingers and stared to run and 
now I have injuries and I had to stop running for a while. 
Well I hope more people will see this article.

		<description>Great Article, wish I would have read this before I started running in my VFF&#039;s.  Pulled calf muscle, and a month and a half later, I&#039;m doing exactly what you said above... Starting barefoot.  No calf pulls, but my first blister. :)  This is going to take a while.</description>
